Welcome!  I am Shonna and I am a therapist with a problem solving approach to therapy. Grounded in a neuroscience based approach and with a mind-body perspective, I believe in radical acceptance - and commitment to change. My goal is to empower you, as you gain tools to manage challenges and difficult emotions and to embrace life changes. Rather than getting caught up in thoughts of “this is unfair,” we can shift our focus to acceptance of what is, allowing us to open the door to incredible possibilities for living with strength, confidence, peace and joy.
