Solution-Focused Therapy

Welcome. The goal is to feel calmer, better - sooner. I provide Therapy with a neuroscience based approach and a holistic mind-body perspective. With an understanding of the influence of the past on the present, I value a solution focused and a problem solving approach to therapy. While talk therapy can be very helpful, the goal is to live better and feel better now. With a focus on ACT, EMDR and grounded in the usefulness of radical acceptance - and commitment to change. The goal is to empower you, as you gain tools to manage challenges and changes in relationships, life transitions and difficult emotions. Rather than getting caught up in thoughts of “this is unfair,” we can shift our focus to acceptance of what is, allowing us to open the door to incredible possibilities for living with strength, confidence, peace and joy.
